who sees something odd and then goes through the trouble of translating it into exact percentage terms lol j/k

and i doubt jake has that many spies although a decent amount are needed for rank 1 unless you use anti covert like most

I remember being a noob, before I knew about massing, before I joined the TA, before I had been in any wars...I had most of my army as spies...
(about 1.6 mil of my 2.2 mil army or something).
