changes to ascension

hello,
over the next few days,we will be making some updates to ascension -mostly based on player feedback.
People feel the server is 'limited' in that growth and account power is not reflected in battle, and that some of the 'limits' put in place are not properly 'aimed' or fair to all...
Plus -its been a while since some of the conversion rates were looked at, so we will be doing that too...

So - summary of updates to be done, open for (very quick) discussion as we plan to release by the end of the weekend. We can always 'fine tune' afterwards, if needed...

1) superweapon will be reduced to 1% damage from what it is now (5%?)
2) superweapon will not be able to be sold. 48hour 'turnover' stays. 30 day limit will be removed.
3) levels in skills will be the dictator of price - not army size. They -as before - will get more expensive per level, with some 'jumps' in price along hte way...
4) ascended fights will allow for more of an attackers damage to get through - at least it will not be limited to the size of the defender (or at least not as much as now).
5) i will increase max ascensions to 20 from 10 current.
6) APP rates will increase, with a greater increase on 10+ ascensions.

those are the basics - although I feel I am forgetting something....it will come to me and I'll update the post :)

is it possible to do anything about the accounts that ascend but never login - thus getting main bonuses while not having anything in ascension?

other then that, i can't think of anything else off the top of my head. the updates you listed covers most of the problems, or at least help them alot. thanks forum! :D

Do you mean that people can ascend on main to Ancient God +10???

they will be able to after the update is complete.

right now AG is the 10th ascension and last, and forum is adding 10 more...so...yeah.

admin any chance of being able to trade away AT for DMU for those that wont use them or they are just building up during times of no wars?

can you explain this one a bit more please

I might be wrong, but I believe he means rank will be based on power levels and not army size. assuming that the word "price" is a typo for "rank".

Tis the way I interpreted it. :/

i thought it was when upgrading power levels and such the price is determined by what level your buying and it will sometime jump a ahead

This is completely unfair, it means that any random nobody can hit the top of the ranks. At least with buying it we have a way to keep it from hitting us, either remove the superweapon, or leave it as is. You're punishing those of us who played the game better than the others!!
