I have noticed that some people feel themselves responsible to set up rules,

Now i would just to say, There are none,

People that are anoying to others can be sat on without the 'forum' standing up for them.
People don't need to post every action they do ingame here, this is not a contest about who does what
I've also noticed because Omega attacks 1 person in ascended people complain straight away about ''Oh now CoP is back, lets go to forums and start sh*t because we cant handle ourselves'' Yes tekki i refer to you.

Now TL can do WTH they want, DD can do WTH they want, Omega can do WTH they want EVERYBODY CAN DO WHAT THEY THINK IS BEST TO DO ! without the ''forum'' opinion..

If an alliance starts an empire they can.

If an alliance merges 1000 players in 1 alliance they can do.

Reason i post this is because some people think they can set rules here, what some can do and what someone cant.

Truly this forum has turned in some law&order thing or something

yes, everyone can do what they want, as long as this is is respected:

Rules


1) Only one account per person, per game server.
2) No automated processes, macros, scripts or other 'non human being' run account activity is allowed.
3) No sharing or giving out your account details to others.
4) No logging into other people's accounts.
5) Attempts to break into accounts, the game, or otherwise disrupt or slow down the game, or server, are strictly illegal.
6) Using bugs or exploits of any kind, or knowing of and not reporting bugs or exploits, is illegal.
7) Spamming your recruiting link, or anything else related to or using our name or site, is illegal. Share the site, but please do so respectfully.
No profanity in user names, namable weapons/ships, or anywhere else on game.
9) Any breaking of the rules can result in punishment, suspension, banning, account deletion, or banning of your entire ISP.

thats normal ... heck I would do the same for u if u were sat on but for the rest yer ur right ... rules are yer well sort of politics as chosen one mention

Weather people like it or not, someone is going to be "The Boss" weather it be an in-game group, an individual, or just generally a bigger group. They'll set the rules, its up to the others to rebel against those set rules, ignore them etc.

But forum and in-game rules set by Jason still apply, of course.

Players of 'grander' stature in the game getting away with whatever they want on the forum Mr Giovanni?

besides what ever jason says, but u know what i mean

it's not "rules" that are enforced on the forums to police the game... it's what specific users or alliances feel is right and wrong and what they're willing to let happen or stand up against....

and you'll never get rid of that, it's the reason this game is a community and not just a one person simulation game.

Sorry, Giovanni, but you're stuck with the "rules" like the rest of the players.

I still stand by my answer. They are the guidelines for playing set out by the players with the power to enforce them, and as such, you'll never be rid of them.

We shall see,numerous wars will change a thing.

Yep, Well i wanted to make clear that there are no rules, cause sometimes when i read stuff it just makes me laugh.
