Hi i recently saw a player with 21bill out in the open, he had a 130k armysize no planets and no commander, i cant see how he could get his hands on this kindof naq plz check him out

Well i dont think its that common in the lower ranks, if im wrong im sorry i just thought it looked sketchy especially with his army size etc, he wasnt even tryin to spend it, i kept on clickin refresh but the naq just stayed there.

was he in an alliance?

possibly he was massed and raided? that might of knocked him down into the lower ranks

and another thing, check bak, if you were going thru the long hassle of trying to hack the game..which forum i hope has entirely proofed it from now, then you wouldnt go for just 21 bil, mebe 21 quad...lol
