problems with logging in/ forgot login

I can't seem to log in to ascension, though I know that my username and password are correct. I have tried to use the forgot login thing but it pretty much says that i don't exist. (When i enter my email or username it says that there is no such player.) I have now been trying to access ascension server for over a week and still i am unable to get on. Please help.
