I think that he should be band from the game for this, over the 2 years that I have played this game I have not seen anyone do anything like this

here is the rule on planet names:
NOTE: Any obscene planet names can result in the planet being REMOVED from your control, with absolutely NO notice or compensation, or account suspension.
so it is up to AdminMark to decide what to do with them...
