Does anyone here play Halo 2 on xbox live? was just thinking maybe we should get a clan together of SGW players.

I started a clan called 'Astral Claws' for that purpose..but I only know one other person who plays sgw that has xbox live.

So if anyone here plays halo 2 send me a friend request. my gamer tag is 'Sallus Sovain'

And if there is already a clan for SGW players someone please point me to it

on xbox or xobx 360?

360..does it mater which? they both have live capabilities or did i just say a noob thing lol

you should get live dude you dont have to pay the full amount of cash as you can get 3 month sets or if you want the 12 month you can get it for about 30 pounds on play.com as opposed to 40 pounds everywhere else

I'm not on often...and I'm not particularly good at slayer...(big team is my thing)

I have ore ordered Halo 3 dont know which version. As long as it plays when i put it in the disc drive i dont think i will be too fussed

Although I should push myself to get the hal 3 legendary version, as I am a bit of a halo geek (I have the first two games, all four official novels, the first of a 4 part comic series and the graphic novel is arriving any day)

I was considering buying a 360, but wasn't sure if I really want to spend the money on it as I want to buy a new computer among other things.

I never read "The Flood" because I knew the story already from Halo CE and couldn't really get into it as for the third book I never could find a copy

And the comics I simply never had a chance to buy one

It is well worth buying the 'The Flood' novel. it has so much story that wasnt in the game, i actually preferred reading it than playing the campaign

First strike is a good book, tells you how sergeant johnson gets off halo alive.

And tanith, buy XBOX 360, is well worth it. new computers are over rated anyway

My laptop dies randomly and wont even run now, I've been using someone else's computer for the past week, I think its time to buy a new one...

I haven't splurged on the Live, yet. I've only done the free trial that comes with games. I'll purchase Live after I get Halo 3. I don't care much for the movies, extras, and such, just give me the game. I can use the extra $10 between the regular version and Legendary version and buy some beer.

I rock at Halo. Halo 2... not so good. Being good at those games all depends on how well you know the maps. I have a group of friends that get together a couple of times a month and LAN Halo and Halo 2. There's a guy that did the Beta testing for Halo 3 in our group and he's really good at Halo and Halo 2. I held my own against him on Halo, but I'm not that familiar with the maps on Halo 2... so I got PWNED big time.

$130 for Legendary Edition?

$130 = $60 for Halo 3 Standard Edition + $70 for beer and pizza for a Lan party.

As a PC gamer, I'm feeling rather ripped off. We get Gears of War almost a year later than XBox (November 2007), now we've gotta wait two or three years for Halo 3. 'S enough to make one weep... I hate Microsoft.

i bought my 360 just after Christmas so i was ready for halo 3. though i got the collectors edition for halo 2 it wasn't Worth the money imo. i'm not that good though it is a great game though

yea, i cant wait until the 25th , I played the halo 3 beta and it was sweet!
