So, the long time has finally come where there are 2 divides in the community, as clear cut as a gillete mach 3 shave.

Theres "them lot" on the left, who want change, but as i said, all they can do is be childish, again what help is that, but all they can do is make childish posts, what help is that? , and theres "us lot" on the right, trying to keep the whole thing together. Although, by every passing second, we did sit and wonder, is it really worth it...

And i gotta say, No, no it aint.

Theres a small section of hardcore supporters who want change who by all means i should have banned, for the sake of the community, but nope, i havent, because mostly im far too worried about how i look *flicks hair*

Well now im past the point of careing, so its time for some home truths.

You do realise there are exactly 3 (perhaps 4 of us) who run the day to day modding of some 7000 members, as well as that same 3 maybe 4 trying to sort the forum out, as well as us trying to sort most of the rest of the stuff out like PM's, cry babies, etc etc. The rest of the mods? They mod, nothing more, nothing less, and thats ok.

Ive constantly tried to see the best in people, but some i cannot. Ive told agapooka exactly what i think needs doing, if he feels the need to do it then he can, If not, he wont, although i probally will throw my weight around and get it done myself.

The way i see there are alot of problems, and a big one is the respect shown by the mods to the people, and i definatly see that as being a problem.

So, this post is nothing more than a post by me trying to explain to anyone who is not past the point of anlienation to actually bother reading it without there response already writtain.

Oh, and i dont quit, im not a quitter and i havent been, il be here trying to fix these forums which ive been a part of for so long, if you want my resignation, send me a PM saying so and give your reasons, , we'l say of the 7k registered users 3000 are active, so we'l say of those if you can get 1000 people to pm me to say im a bad man, i will resign.

Oh and a final word, If you have a problem with the forum, then leave and dont come back, because all your doing is adding to the problem, its childish thinking "ohhh der forum isnt what i want it to be waaa waaa im going to go around sewing seeds of destruction waaa waaa" Pathetic. Ive had quite enough of it, and if you choose to push it youl be banned.

Now i did say earlier ive had enough of mods showing people no respect, but it works both ways.

The mods are quitting because you are part of the problem, not because you are part of the solution.

You're not an admin, you're a global mod. There is a good reason for that. Live with it.

A mod quit, partly because i made diamond dust a mod, because he doesnt like diamond dust, however as youl note, diamond dust has been modding most efficiantly.

Although ladies and gents, heres prime example of those hardcore section who only want to cause trouble.

Well, there is clearly some form of problem, and not just people trying to cause trouble, as the issue, or at least very similar issues are continuously brought up, and it often originates from a mod from what i can see, then "spread" by those who agree. Its not that the people who want change are causing problems, they in fact see an already existing problem and wish it fixed, which to those who don't see an existing problem, recognize as causing trouble.

Really, its a simple difference of opinions, and those who want things changed have as much right to say so as those who dont. So I dont see why people must get so worked up when such threads are posted. Rather than calling them childish, or trouble makers, why not try and show them, in a civil and less belittling way (which in itself could cause said behaviour as a side effect), rather than just raging them.

Those who want things changed have 2 options if they wish to stay on the forums.

1) Make a point of the problems and hope the can be fixed or atleast made somewhat better.
2) Put up with it.

I know I would go with #1.

May i ask what gives you the reason to call us childish that want a change?

and if you get a pm from someone asking you to resign what guarentees he just wont be banned or youll mass him ?

but ealier I readed u saying Teal'auc had to stood down from her position cus of a discussion with Replijake ,... u do know she didn't used her moderator power against him. So she had to stood down for u as a favor for a teamm8 within Omega ...

The problem is warning are thrown around for any reason now, and have no meaning, the don't disrespect a mod is a classic, I think mods should have 2 accounts one to talk to the community and one to mod with.

Reason for this, some mods and its happened in the past, will be replying to a topic of say an alliance war, ( but not as a mod but as a player ) and when someone replies to them and they don't like it, they throw the mod hat on and say your disrespecting me, so here have a warning, get it together people.

Yes there are some that are here to cause trouble, but what you saying here is, for the people who are pointing out a problem, they should leave, and not come back ( this solves nothing, 1000 people may see the problem but only 1 will speak up about it ), and the reason for this 1 person only speaking up, is what you already said, if they push it, they get banned, enough said.......
