You might want to make your own thread like I did (...only for it to be spammed by REK of course ;))

Maybe you need to change the following rule, otherwise people might be banned for posting things here

6. Disrespecting any of the game or forum staff is strictly forbidden. If you have a problem with a moderator, PM an Administrator about it.

lol, great point kgc

i do have a question, how do one apply to be a mod?

i mean, i saw a lot of posts this past days, where mods said they were having trouble getting new mods, so how do 1 apply for the job? thats probably why its so hard, no one knows 8)

Why do threads where mods break forum rules keep disappearing?

Good question. I think they are being moved to the dump by other mods who find the mod breaking the rules to be in distaste. Lemme check that theory.

hmmm... well... the last mod who broke a rule moved the topic himself, but I did find it in the dump... so my theory failed... not surprising, really....

But then. There are a million threads which show me spamming, which is in violation of a rule, and nobody moves them away. *shrugs*

They don't always get moved. Alot of times they get moved because the mod themselves realizes they did wrong. They don't need to go through the process of warning themselves, cause they get the point. At least. I hope they get the point. Though. One of these days I'm TOTALLY gonna warn myself for spamming :D that'd be sweet!

Moving on... question answered?

Sort of, although the same mods keep breaking rules, so do they really get the point?

well, if they keep doing it, then no...

perhaps you can do the community a favor and send a list of the mods who keep doing this to pookie along with links to where they were doing it? or if the threads are moved to the dump, a thread title (if you can remember), so he can look into removing them from the mod team? not saying he will, but perhaps if he's given the proof he needs to justify it, he will...

or you can send it to me, and I can compile it all to give to pookie.

I'm still waiting to get a reply from "pookie" about an issue with a warning I received for asking why someone was banned for a fictional rule, apparently that constituded defying a moderator, it's only been a few months though, better give him a couple of years before I send a pm with more than one thing to do in it.

I wouldn't want to bog the kid down...
