alright..sorry for the late reply..i\'ve been having my brother look after my account for me while i\'ve been away. Thanks for letting me know anyway mate.

I have no idea what he/she is talking about lol. But it is cheating to have someone else access your account isnt it? Just thought I should report this, seemed a bit dodgey to me.

...why would it be cheating? I presume they were using the same ip address and dont have more than one account, so why should it be a problem?

Well do you think it would be fair if one person looked after an account, then when that person was away, their brother looked after it for them until they got back? The rest of us have to use vac mode. Surely this is multying?

So long as the other person doesn't already have an account I don't think you can class it as cheating....

When you think about it - he gave the acount to his brother whilst he was on hols (so long as he never logged in) - but his brother got bored and gave it back to him when he came off hols....

Although you can argue that he is breaking rule 3 - so is everyone who sells their account...

Basically its a grey area, but if the other person doesn't already play and the guy didn't log in at the same time, then he can make a very good case that it wasn't cheating.....IMO

No its not like that, it is in the rules and no one else may use your account than you.

So its cheating.

as far as we know, people arent banned for sharing like that... it is only problem if that other person has an account as well...

There was a big discussion of this Way back. It is declared cheating if you have someone bank for u (if they do or dont play the game). Giving someone your account to watch (if they dont have an account already) and you dont access it cant be cheating as is there no two peopel using the account at one time.

The fact is thou there are gray areas to these rules. But if you give someone your account to watch and they dont have an account of there own its basicly a transfer of ownership.

So No its not cheating as long as the other doesnt have an accoutn already and play both. Must be one account per person and no two people can share one account. (trading it back and forth for extended periods of time should be fine thou as long as niether try to take access back)

actually, not really... people can forget to do it... scripts cant...

also, how many persons do you know willing to log into an account every hour to bank resources?
