I have always said the mods jobs are hard & they get nothing in return for doing all this (yes they choose this)

I don't think the thing that was put forward was avery good one & how it has been handled has to say the least even worse

so why don't we come up with some idea's how the mods should be rewarded.

put forward idea's
it may help other things

ie, if a mod is being noticd for doing a very good job, dosn't this push others to do the same.

The thing i am saying is there are some good mods, who do great things but geet nothing in return, where as other mods just do the bare minimum & recieve the same.

I hope you see what i am saying

with rewards from the community & not forum would this not be better.

what is needed is idea's
I being old school (being here forever) will help out in anyway i can & i am sure others will.

remember some of these mods have been doing this job for like forever

how about a donation from the players themselves
not a bonus from admin
but say we set up a pot and everyone can contribute what they want
and then its split between the mods

if something comes from admin it'll just be unfair where as this is a concious gift from the players
if you dont want to donate you dont have to

Okay you say community would choose who get it. But there are smaller sections, like chat, quantum, chaos, asc, etc... Those mods would never get the same votes since the majority of the community doesnt even know them or see their work.

I think we should drop ingame benefits, including user gifts.... The mods will be separated from ingame users soon anyway.
What I think is a vote in every mount in all sections and a global mod vote. And the winner should have the bragging rights for the next month, which would come with ppl trying to show double respect for him. Or we (the admins) could set a section mod / global mod of the month title for him/her

I agree, 'bragging rights' should be the only kind of reward.

I don't even see my own work now... Stupid people not using the chaos section...

how am i hijacking it i was asking a question
