Dev Server - LF Cache & APP Trade

Turned my ATs into LF. Then tried changing all my LF Cache into ALF for spending.
This resulted in it taking the 500K i'd just gotten from the ATs.
Ascended Life Force Cache 458,160
Now when trying to convert that Cache into usable stuff:
0 Life Force Cache converted into Life Force.
No matter what value i enter.
EDIT: Also, to try out the new APP exchange rates, i clicked the button, it took the APP, but gave me no ALF
