And he wants to play also. We are on the main surver. I know having two accounts on the same IP is not legal, but he wants to try and kick my butt, just like in evry game. Im asking if this would be ok. We have nothing to do with each other, but It would be nice. Let me know.

what do you say to the people who have done that, yet it's been the better part of a year and it hasn't been granted?

If you still cannot reach somebody through support@, email gameadmin@ and mention you've previously contacted support@ but to no avail

you should get a reply within a week to support@ ...
regards same IP and 2 accounts -you are ok there, IF the 2 accounts do not interact (ie not multies sharing actions/resources/targets/etc).
regards he attacking you (ie IP acct A attacks IP acct B) it can not happen -- this is a firm multi-prevention barrier...as is both you and he attacking target C...what the support@ can do is 1)note your account so there is no confusion in future if you accidentally trigger the 'multi check script' and 2) allow transfer of resources between the 2 accounts.

also - every email program/client now has spam filters. I have seen 1) our email get spam trapped. 2) your (ie those sending to us) get trapped ... usually if no subject/misspelled subject/common spam subject/content/etc ... possible you got reply and it got spam trapped, or we got yoru email spamtrapped... just guessing, but possible...

also - if it really has been WEEKS since sending and getting no reply from support@ you can COPY YOUR EMAIL to a new one, add a brief addition to the top explaining teh delay, and send to urgent@ ...

cheers
