Both are replicator.

Now I attack with full repaired armory with 4 turns, I hit with 1.9 mil.

However I then attack again with a NON repaired armory and hit 2.38 mil. help?

You hardly ever actually strike with your full strike it is some kind of random % on each person.

i believe you strike varies from 75-100% of its power (if you dont repair it the strike max you can hit will lower with every attack and the minimum will also drop too) basically its just luck 3 mere attacks isnt really enough of a survey to make any decent results
