No login code is shown and thus cant login, sort it out asap

Login page takes too long to load, I am loading main server and quantum it is only quantum which is still loading. It normally happens when i am trying to buy mercs from the market in quantum. And seems like when you try to buy mercs from market with that script the webpage times out and then it does not get back to the quantum for a while. Normally takes about 5 mins or more to even get back to the login page.
