Best for covert?

Having just started playing Ascended wars, i'm still getting used
to helm control. What's the best way to get a fairly decent
Covert? I bought 9 covert enhancements, and have 100k planets
trained as covert. Just keep building these two, or did i miss
something important?

Thats all you can do, Covert Powerups and covert planets, good luck

Covert levels are cheap at that level so make the most of them

I got my covert closely ranked to 400 and I can barely see anyone...

you need to have about 3 times the covert power to see what another player has

dont forget assasinate power or your gonna get boned eventually, covert doesnt work exactly like main covert

my assassin power is ranked about 200
