dont' need turns to train. (although they do come every 1/2hr or so...)
you do need Naquadah to train - if you don't have enough for what you're asking for, it won't happen...
you also need untrained Jaffa to train - not enough, it won't happen...

Turns are used to attack other players to steal thier naq naq which u need to train jaffa exactly 2000 in naq per jaffa , the more turns you use the more naq you steal the downside is if u lose u lose all your turns .
