I will give a couple people per day, with no obligation enough naq to get atleast 2,500 Unit production.

Who is qualified:

less than 2k up.
Army slze less than 500k
have a genuine desire to play the game.
Willing to never pm me again asking for hand outs.

I dont really need a reason but heres one anyway. I would like to give people new to the game a fighting chance. The bigger the top player become the less fun it will be for someone just starting out. not to mention If any of the people quit there will just be more farms out there for everyone. A win win win if you ask me; spark some fresh blood, put more UU on the market, ect.

Yeah, same thing happens with my newbie store, they never see it on the forums, so i started the CO rate where CO could buy at the same rate if they were giving it to a newbie officer.

great idea but not going to work from me experience unless we can see who is online on sgw of our officers and alliance etc.

my officers are accros the globe from me, so it wouldn't exactly be safe to drop 60 bil naq in their laps to help with there just about 1 bil defence (my new officer) or their up etc.
