email game admin or pm them here on the forums.. that would be the fastest way
mods have nothing to do with in-game actions

Ah ok. Well I couldn't find a sticky on any admin\mod\person I could contact for such a matter. Still dont really, seems it is just word of mouth for who handles these sorts of things?
