As you all know, new ascended Updates have been brought in, Whilst these updates were being brought in, I was on vacation mode. I went away for a week, and now that I'm back, my vacation mode should have expired, but I cannot log in.

"Your realm is still too close to the cusp of the black hole it has slid into... or... in other words, you are still within the minimum vacation time of 48 hours from when you declared it."

I set vacation for 6 days, and my account has been on vacation for over 7 days now. I'm Sure I'm not the only one with this problem, and it really is a problem, as it is affecting my main account, as I am Dormant and hence, statistical disadvantages.

I apologize for not posting this in the Ascended Forum section, I would have, but I do not have access there.

Could someone please try to fix this bug or what ever it is.

i also have this problem. i was vac mode for 2 days, it is now the fourth day. i would really like to play my ascended account, and cannot. not only do i want to play my ascended account, but i also am losing the stats gained from my ascentions.

I'm currently in the same situation. I went on vacation mode last thursday. When I returned on Sunday I was able to log back into my main account, but not my ascended account. I had entered 4 days as estimated number of days away. It's definately past that now, but I still can't access my ascended account.
I'm glad it's not just me having this problem. I was sort of worried for a bit.

I hope admin manages to resolve this issue. I really appreciate the work you guys do - and this will be no exception.

I know of 25 players in the same boat, in fact there is a thread about this already here.
I am hoping that Forum will see this soon and correct it.

yes my the same, lol my luck with there beng a 10day ppt in effect, and these mean you not get a ppt at all at these rate.

Hope this is fixed soon... its hurting my main account as well.

This bug hit the aussies hard cause the update occurred during one of our long vacation weekends.

and in all seriousness this is a bump so admin can see it...

im not having these problems but a few of my friends are EL_Ryune and a few others...

cant wait to see them back up in ascended

forum can we please have an update on the issue now, im sure many of us like my self having been experiencing this problem for Quite a while now.

Does anyone know how long it could take to be fixed?
