First off I will start by saying this. To those of you who Tok'ra "annoyed" even tho you are really a minority, (mods, good friends of mods) if he really and I mean really irrated the crap out of you that much why did you read his posts, its actually easy to have a conversation without reading the person who annoys you posts.

I am gonna be 100% honest here and tell you that most of Tok'ra's pointless threads I read the first post and thats it.. If it survived 3 pages then maybe I would look into it again. Fact is I like Tok'ra I do, I like his spirit. I like how even tho he should S.T.F.U. up sometimes he doesn't.. I really admire and respect that about him..

Yeah he can push the boat too far sometimes all he ever needed was some, but he is and was right about the forums going to poo..

This act of banning him is totally disgraceful, and dispicable. I am half tempted to remove every connection I have from this game to be honest with everyone.

So now its time to face some hard truth here.

1. Tok'ra wasn't the only one who disagreed with what was going on in the forums. he was the only one with balls enough to say it.

2. Banning for pointless pathethic reasons, just makes the mods so much more corruptable. If you can't be in a position of "power" why are you bothering?

Yeah thats a quote from Tok'ra, and he is right, he is totally right.. I said sometime ago that all SGW is good for is annoying the crap out of people.. And lets face it here, if we where all nice and lovey dovey to each other this would be a boring game..

Heck everyone know that the game is boring already and the only alliance in the game that make it interesting are the ones that have cheated.. Everyone else is friends with eachother.. And thats a natural thing. Cos there are no real bad guys playing this game. There are no group of total **Filtered** whose sole purpose is to piss everyone off all the time. So then people come here and post and then they get frustrated and p.issed off cos they can't take it out on the game so they become arrogant asses here..

So then the forums go to poo, the mods go crazy with their power as the forums are the only outlet for them and then people get p.issed off becuase the mods are the total **Filtered** now.. So Tok'ra comes in and calls them out on it and since they are the law here, they shoot him on sight... And anyone who agrees with anything he says gets the same punishment..

Point is if Tok'ra annoyed you so much why did you let him? There are thousands of things that annoy the crap out of me.. Like those countries that make women cover up cos they are not equal.. Imagine if that was the ruling majority in the world.. Would all of you honestly be happy with that?

Or the people who think they are better then other people becuase of their fiancial standing which does happen alot..

Cheerleader's/jocks/fraternity people in highschools who think they are better then everyone else.. Nothing annoys me more then these people and their thinking..

Traffic annoys me, but I have to live with that

Queue's annoy the crap out of me especially when the person at the end is either too incompetent to do their job or the person at the front of the line is a total retard...

But see I live in the REAL WORLD, and I have to accept all these things.. Cos in the real world unless your a murderer you can't shut anyone up.. You can't silence anyone unless they are dead..

This ban of Tok'ra won't silence him. That you can be sure of!! It will quieten him for a few weeks, maybe not even that.. But yeah..

I guess what I am trying to say is

Tokra wasnt the only one voicing his opinion about the forums, or saying that it was going downhill, etc etc, I recall quite a few people doing the same, infact, I was one of them.

But we didnt go around spamming it to **Filtered** through the entire forum, where it wasnt needed/wanted and was just gonna annoy people. Tokra probably did more bad in this past week than good. because HAD HE NOT spammed it all over the forums, he wouldnt have annoyed people, meaning people would be less riled up, it would have cause much less of a divide, the mods wouldnt have to make iffy decisions meaning there would be less player vs mods on the forums, and FORUM wouldnt have had to ban him, resulting in this **Filtered**.

Tokra, although he tried and good on him for that, it took it TO FAR, and in the end all he did was help the forum tear itself to **Filtered** faster.

I don't care who you are, I don't care where you are from or what you believe in, when you shut someone up becuase of their opinion that is disgusting and makes you a small little person.. If your scared of what someone has to say about you it is true..

I couldn't give a toss what anyone here thinks of me, or if they do or don't like me.. If you like me you will like me if you don't you wont.. I simply dont care, I know who my real friends are both in RL and in this game, they are the ones who talk to me, and enjoy talking to me and I enjoy talking to them. If this was a town I would call over to them for a beer..

The same should apply for Tok'ra if you like him you do if you don't you don't... Sticking him up on a cross and stoning him to death just becuase he has a different opinion to what everyone else does, does it make it right? I don't think so!

your talking about "The real world" and how things would happen differently. To ME, Tok`ra was a criminal breaking the law (breach of the peace), and would be locked up in prison by the police.

I never said it was the opinion, it was THE WAY HE WENT ABOUT IT. Im sure had he kept it in the correct sections and to threads based on said opinion, he would have never been banned. Yet he didnt, and he was.

You ranting and raving around here stomping your feet like a child who didnt get thier chocolate milk is NOT going to fix the forum, infact its doing the complete oposite, and since you seem to want the forum to succeed so badly, it may be in YOUR best interests to cool it.

Notice the abundance of angry threads in the mod section, with people just yelling crap, and throwing opinions every which way? Despite what people may think, thier NOT helping the forum. Yet people continuously make new ones, and tear the forum appart.

Much like I never had a problem with you, infact I thought you were a stand up mod and a nice respectable guy, until you started ranting your ass off, now I just see you as a hypocrite, who is quick to insult people.

However had Tokra never gone about things the way he did, he wouldnt have been banned, you wouldnt have been angry, you wouldnt have made these threads, and I would still have the much better opinion of you that I used to.

Do you see now, how what Tokra was doing was simply creating tension within the forum? I see no problem, in forum trying to save his.....forum.

See the thing is unless they are commiting acts of violence aka hurting someone there isn't a damn thing the police can do to someone (in most civilised countries) if they are only using words..

The angry threads in the mod forum are cos players where pissed off at how they mods where doing their jobs and how the mods complained when people complained to them. If you can't hack a little bit of critism with your work then why are you doing that job? Maybe your not doing it right? Do you ever stop and think about how that person feels when you make a decision.. Thats how I mod, I put myself in that person's shoes. If you went to one of my forums where I am an admin/mod you would see that. The only reason I ever applied to be a mod here is cos I know where I stand and I can't be bought, like some people.

I'm not really a hyprocrite, just voicing my opinion. You can either choose to accept my opinion or ignore it. Either way it doesn't bother me I really dont care cos at the end of the day this is just a game that takes up far too much of my time. Yet I still enjoy it. And I enjoy coming to the forums. Even if I am the bad guy cos I don't agree with everyone. One thing I learned in life is that you can NEVER make everyone happy. Only be yourself and if people don't like you for being youself <MODDED> them, they are not worth your friendship..

I'm not saying that Tok'ra didn't do things wrong he is only human but like some he is very impatient. Much like me.. If I waited a few hours before posting I wouldn't have said half the crap i did but I didn't wait I just posted.. People who know me know that unless i cool down first I rant..... a lot.. Its my starsign.. Aries.. I'm just a hothead but I do my best to keep it cool and keep it calm. doesn't work all the time but I try cos I know some people don't like what I have to say sometimes.

Yeah forum can save his forum it is his forum, but he too went about it the wrong way.. I wonder if he actually ever spoke to Tok'ra or just listened to what the mods/admins of this forum had to say to him about it.. You know what would have solved everything.. If Tok'ra was made a mod.. That would have sorted him out.. There and then...

One man owns this domain. That is Jason, aka Forum. His words are golden. Thats that.

Tok'ra needs to be booted off the game next. Jason is handling the forum the way he thinks it should be handled, aka the recent changes to "Global Moderator IV" and such. Tok'ra wants to raise legitimate issues with the game? Okay, thats reasonable. If he doesn't want to do it in a calm, civil way, then thats a problem. No discussion about it.

Disturbing the peace is a law in real life should be the same here. I have talked to tok'ra he has my msn but that still doesn't change why I think he still needs and should be banned.

alright well in my opinion (we all have right to our opinions unless there is gonna be a new rule about that too) Tok'ra shouldn't have been banned. Yes he can be annoying. Yes he can be troublesome, yes he has a contradicting opinion, yes he has dirt on everyone in the game pretty much, and yes he's right most of the time.

Tok'ra voiced some things that were true. He backed them up with proof. People read them and got their feelings hurt. Wake up, feelings are gonna get hurt everyday. If not then you're Jesus and last time I checked there was only one of those and he still hasn't came again.

And as J.S. said last time I checked no one was making you read any of the threads he posted or started. If anything just skip his post when you see it. You blame all of this on tok'ra when YOU should be blaming this on yourself.

Really forum, are we not allowed to voice our opinions or post facts on the forum that make the game look bad in the slightest way? And how about Tok'ra exposing mods who abused powers by trying to get Omega massed by creating fake accounts and trying to start fake wars? And the other countless times he exposed power abusive mods?

Stuff likes this is causing the game to go down the drain. And it's not the older players who are saying it it is everybody. Countless times have I had people come on MSN complaining about the forum, how it's going down the drain, how former mods are complaining about new or abusinve mods, how many people are beginning to quit the forum.

How many more people must quit, get banned for doing nothing, or get banned because no rules were broken, but Forum didn't like them until this gets fixed if it ever does?
