Global Mod V Feedback Thread

Ok as latley many situations have occured i think its time people give me some feedback. I assume everyone knows who i am and knows i made my mistakes. I am still a mod and will be as long as the admin eam decides to have me. But as im only human i tend to make mistakes. When i do please state so (in a normal way insults will not be tolerated) A human can chage his mistakes when he knows about them and is told about it. So this is my feedback topic. There are however a few rules to stick to:

1) No insults what so ever.
2) Keep up the cloak of civility
3) No disrespecting someone's grammer

Have fun and rage away

Dont know who you are, dont particurly care either

My only comment is...

search.php?author_id=11672&sr=posts, shows 10 posts for me (probs cos i dont have spam temple and other crap) so maybe you havent needed to do much modding or you're new or whatever but only appears to be 5?? mod action in those posts, so perhaps do a bit more 'new' modding forgetting the past and then ask for feedback

What a <self modded> joke, mistakes you say... you ask for no insults what so ever yet when you were under the guise of saying you were no longer a mod, you posted in a disgusting manner, then modded yourself on your mod account, that's not a mistake, that is intentioally abusing both the power you were given and the trust of the community when you tell people you are no longer a mod, since then you have continued to go out of your way to be disgustingly rude to members of the community, complaining that they are not worthy of being in your presence and don't deserve a place in this community, it is not a joke that you are infact still a mod, it is <self modded> disgusting that you are not stripped of it, made to apollogise and banned from the forum for your dispicable behaviour towards members of this community while you represent the administation of these forums. You disgust me and I am disgusted that you have not been, warned, removed of modship or anything else. You are ---.

It doesnt sadden me that you think that way. Yes i did resign as a mod and i came back because some people asked me. I have no need to explain that to you. Ok i cracked down and went on a rampage. But hey even though i have to act like a programmed bot doesnt mean im not a human. I didnt say that anyone isnt worth being around my presence i juts find that some people arent and you bloody well know who they are. I am human and i have feelings, brains and the need of acting like a human with and without the mistakes that come with it.

I appreciate your oppinion and i DO think about it. But as i am not allowed to speak as the person i am on this acc i will continue my post as the person i am.

Forum and the other admins havent stripped me of my powers so start living with it. I am a moderator and therefor i represent the team. I know i made my mistakes but im more then possitive that i did more good to this forum then you in your short term as mod has ever done.
Thank you for your trust ;)

I find it funny how they reply as the mod then log into there real account and them reply to themselves and Jake, talk about a split personality, you wanna know why the community gets pissed and riots start around here, its threads like this, they do nothing but cause problems, and i have every feeling the person who started this thread knows nothing good can come from it.

Please refer to the modding rules below to determine if a mod is within their responsibility and rights to lock threads.
Forum wrote:1) mod names will reflect their mod role. ie - Mod Of Catagory XYZ will be the name of the mod, and the role of the mod. No 'player names' will be used in modding. this fits with the role change below.
2) mod term will be fixed. after a specific amount of time, they are rotated out of the mod role they previously held, given a break, or otherwise given a change... hopefully nothing will get 'stale' with this ongoing changeup.
3) mods will mod the forum. they will NOT comment on the right/wrong of specific views, ingame actions, inforum comments directed at others, inforum comments directed at themselves, or any other specifics. In short, it is not to be their job to pass opinion.
4) mods WILL mod the forum. they can edit/delete/ban/move topics, users and posts.
5) mods will NOT need to specify reasoning behind what they do.
6) mods CAN be reported as abusing powers. This will be done to a specific 'complaint' thread, the mod in question reviewed IN ENTIRETY (ie not for a specific single action) and a decision on whether the mod stays or not, is warned, etc made. (all mod actions, including delete/edit threads, are logged and recorded...).
Again - you can request a review of THE MOD, but not a single action/decision. Abuse of this system will remove your ability to report a mod and have it reviewed.
7) at the same time as this change, mod applications are being reviewed. The 'new' roles will be filled with both existing and new mods.
8) mods are under no obligation to reveal their ingame identities. change of mods will not be announced. you are in effect dealing with the 'role' or 'position' when dealing with the moderation, and not any given specific individual (well, you are, but the individuals may change, just as roles in companies are changed...).
9) mods MAY PM what they did, or why, or post it. it is NOT a requirement, but may be done. Bear in mind that point #3 will apply, in that they are not criticising, passing judgement or personal viewpoints. they will simply state why they did what they did, IF they choose to...

Please refer to the below rules to determine if insults (to users and mods) will be tolerated any further.
Forum Administrator wrote:NEW VERSION OF THE RULES (ie the 10 commandments :) ) : (as of Sept 17/07)
1) post in the right forum. example: Recruiting officers or for an alliance can ONLY take place in the respective Recruitment forum.
2) The use of swearing and of abusive language, excessive or extreme direct insults to a person (including the mods/admins), or threats to a person (not an ingame character - the real person) - is strictly forbidden.
3) criticizing spelling/english will result in post deleted. not everyone speaks english as a first language.
4). Your avatar may not exceed a width of 200 pixels and / or a height of 200 pixels. Your signature may not exceed 2 megabytes and may not exceed size: 500px by 350px.
5). You may not discuss or bring up any matter that can be considered sexually suggestive. This forum is used by people of a very young age and is not intended for such material. Porn links/images are examples of such forbidden content.
6) You may not advertise, trade for, or otherwise make a subject of, other games here
7) You may not lie about game updates or game rules or game functions (since this is a game forum and people come here for REAL info).
8 ) You may not post ingame stats of others, that are not readily available to all players. (ie spy & post info).
9) No spamming: ie the repeat posting of the same thing over and over, or across multiple catagories/topics/threads
10) Any 'for real $$' sales of goods, accounts, favours, are 100% YOUR RISK. If you get scammed (as many continue to do) the game&forum staff and owners CAN DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you. Expect to lose your money and know that nobody can help you when you do.

Breaking the rules can result in post edit, post deletion, ALL YOUR POSTS deleted, account banned, account deleted, IP banned, a warning, or any variation/combination of these...

NOTE: These rules are guidelines. It is the spirit of these rules that must be followed, and not the technicalities of the wording.
