Any member of any alliance can see when they have alliance mates online...
Where its got
Alliance Management
LIST OF ALLIANCES Your Alliance Attack Log
After ' Your Alliance Attack Log ' Maybe you could have a ' Alliance Members Online ' Click it and it comes up with the members in your alliance that are online.

Anyone in an alliance can already see everyone's attacks/raids, even if they only just joined... I say give this ability you are suggesting to the alliance leaders (and maybe 2IC's) only
But then, I'm just being selfish

What is being said is that any member of any alliance can see if any members in their alliance are online..and no not to Leaders/2IC's...
