New player with ID with 7 digits.
90mil+
140+k raw UP
LG
63k UP planets with 0 defense
low ranked (why would a 90mil dude be in that rank, cos they can`t raid anyway)

Yup mainly.
But this can also be general cos i'm sure there are at least 2 other players who have similar characteristics.

The planets aren't small/normal/avergae sized (so hard to put a defense)...

There is always a chance that they have that ID because Admin has had to reset or re-instate their account, (for various reasons) it may actually be a long term player. It's happened to me in the past.
