ok i know anyone with officers reading this may be thinking something like
"WHAT!! you must be crazy, more officers means more up bonus!"
whilst that may be true it is mostly true for ppl with big incomes. i do occationally look at the recrutement centre and i see people asking for officers and they have an income of about 1bil or looking for cos with that income. how can a relitively new player (1-3 months) compete with something like that?
so my suggestion is reduce the allowed amount of officers to about 15-20. nothing too drastic, it'll just give smaller players a better chance of getting some officers themselves instead of all the players with huge incomes hogging all the good officers.
reduce number of officers allowed(it does make sense)

Re: reduce number of officers allowed(it does make sense)
good idea... we had a hard time finding an officer, and we already have quite good income... reducing max officers to 15 would make getting officers easier for those with only medium or low income/size...

Well, i think it might work, but it might make some of the bigger guys mad, as they worked hard to get where they are and they do deserve a good amount of officers.

true, but seeing as they are bigger guys they should form up quite quickly, and choose their prefered officers.
also this update would be one of the very few that specificly helps smaller players

Or perhaps if it were to be lowerd those who have more than the new limit keep thier officers, and can simply not gain more untill some leave bringing them below the new limit. That would be alot fairer IMO.

well what i was thinking would happen is they get a months notice to reduce their officers otherwise they would be randomly dismised. it might be a bit unfair at first but it will ballance out in the long run

very similar to my post.
doesn't matter who posted first - The point here is that if a few of us are individually thinking the same thing
it has to be right
