Ok, well i first noticed this when java decided to screw up a tab in firefox and i had filled in the code and halve my name... (it remembers my email + password). anyway i came back to the tab and automatically hit "tab, tab, enter" which logs u in... as i did i noticed only "nutte" was in the name field...

anyway just to check it werent lag or anything (not sure how though...)

i checked it, on both main and ascended. with the email/password/security code entered. as long as you have atleast the first letter of your username corrent it will log you in perfectly...

Not sure if admin already knows about it....

I've heard of this before. I think it's the same for pretty much every game similar to SGW, although I only tried it on one of them.

yea, well im sure admin knew cause it cant be anything new. but just thought i'd let him know, not that its a big deal cause you still need your full email and password...

thought there would be some sort of name check on all the fields though...

Yes forum knows about this it helps with people with weird characters but probably was put in for other reasons.

You can login with just the first letter from your login name, this is true to all Gate Wars games. It simply checks the first letter against your Email and password, but not until the code check has completed.

ok thought they would have a check on it like normal, oh well, nevermind then

if its just name thats like that then ok

as admin knows this might aswell be locked then
