What language is that and what did they say to me? They sent it after I stole about 2bil naq so I am guessing it isn't very nice

I have been looking on the web and trying a few different languages. In Polish it means treason brother
It is very confusing. I am trying to decide if they are swearing at me or calling me a name. If they are I will be taking more than the 2bil i took in the first place.

Dude I told you it's Russian it's just spelled using english letters & it means Hello Brother.
