Planet Beacon Extras

I just beaconed all my planets that I have lost ages ago. It was nice too see all the weird places they ended up, altho I have no memory of when I lost them or what kinds of planets they were hehe.

Soo I was thinking and I got an idea that it would be cool that you could still do something with the planet, like initiate revolution and if succesfull, get some UUs for activating it. Or maybe some fleets would be added to your MS from the planet because, lets say some inhabitants would still remebered you as the planet ruler and join you. Nothing that would actually harm the player owning the planet or even let him know that you beaconed it.

Good idea? Bad? Feel free to add your oppinion. I think it would be a nice simple addition :)

Don't like it because people would put 500 or more beacons on the planet, get someone to steal it for them and then activate the beacons to get the exta stuff...Too easy to abuse it...

the planets could have a single use/chance installed so regardless of how many beacons installed u still only get one chance to incite rebellion

or u could get something along the lines of the name changes/race changes
say 4 rebellion attempts

depending on the planets defences and type would depend success and reward

its an interesting thought

I bet nobody would put a 1 bil beacon just to get a chance to get like 100 UUs or 10 fleets. :-D I thought some small simple things like this could make SGW bit more interesting.
