For Halo 1 singleplayer for PC. codes prefferred, but after not finding anything myself I am willing to alter a data file is necessary. I'm really only interested in making the Campaign fun on the harder levels, not an excruciatingly painful experience (and we all now that idiotic easy level weaklings aren't as much fun to walk up to and blow up as a hardcore enemy soldier on legendary)

If that's what must be done, that's what must be done. happen to know what exactly must be modified?

I know that. and it may be that I'm missing something, but CE doesn't affect singleplayer at all. my point is that I'd like to play campaign mode with cheats.

I looked in the usual places as well and found nothing. any board members happen to know what file needs to modified to achieve my desired effect?

Here's a thought. Try playing the game AS IS without modifications. If you have to "cheat" to win, what's the fun? The satisfaction comes in EARNING the victory.

don't you think I've already beaten the game as is? I always do so before looking for cheats. After I've gotten the little warm-fuzzy of earning my way through the increasing difficulty levels I look for cheats so I can create my own fun moments (playing around with the way things happen during the level and enjoying the occassional 'rambo' moments).

I understand how you got the idea I was just some lazy cheat person, but I do have some honor in the way I play.
