re-ascended, did not receive 48 hours of ppt on ascended ser

For whatever reason I did not receive my 48 hours of ppt on the ascended server, is that a bug? im finishing up the 10(?) days of ppt from the upgrades but i only have a few hours of it left so i thought this would be a good time to ascend and continue building my account

Actually the statement I made isn't entirely correct.
You get PPT on your first ascension and the only other time we can get it in ascended is when the admin staff feels pity for us and gives it to us.

thats where the confusion came, im only on my second ascension
