Improve Lifers

These miners have been around for milenia with no escape but suicide, perfecting their techniques and skills. Lifers are so good infact, that their experience allows them to produce twice the income of a regular miner.

even 110% of normal would be good...

at 40 mill lifers (yes that is a lot more than most have, the income with 100% would be 3,200,000,000 per turn, but if at 110%, it would be 3,520,000,000 Naquadah per turn.

that is 320 mill more naq per turn, or 15,360,000,000 more naq per day...

at 50% it would be too much again... as then keeping them in lifers would mean 1.2 billion naq more, per turn...

but i don´t think anyone except the 100mill+ armysized guys have THAT much lifers ...

i agree with eros. i say 20-50% more naq for lifers.Or: UUs make 40, miners 80, and let lifers make 100

Make it a new tech., buy five levels of increases. Like first level 105% normal mining skill, second, 110%...fifth,125%. Prices?

Well I don't really care if you make it a tech., I just wanted to make it sound like I had a new idea. It has my vote.

You guys do realize that increasing the flow of naq into this game will just increase the speed at which it declines until it will end bringing in miners doubled the rate at which this game has declined without them we would still have people at 50-60mil armies and a few at 100mil instead of 260mil and tons of people over 100mil.

I don't think it's a good idea. It would probably only primarily help people with moderate to very large army sizes who already have a higher percentage of Lifers because of their ascensions,wars,etc. The smaller accounts and ones who are currently in the process of ascending probably have a much smaller ratio of miners(lifers) to their total size and a higher percentage of uu in stats. So while it would help everyone, it would probably help the larger players with already large incomes more, and thus further increase the gap between players, cause problems, etc.

Almost every suggestion one could make would help larger accounts more than the smaller ones. And even smaller players should realize that economy (UP and a good income) are worth more than shiny stats.
And if lifers had produced more than regular miners, people would have probably complained less about having too many lifers.

i like the idea in the way that extra naq always sounds nice.

however as has been pointed out before - benefits larger people a lot more
and would kind of go against Admin / Forums aim of helping new players into the game.
