No. I take it your new to ascension, kinda asking alot of questions, try use the search function or make one thread for all ur questions

Just spend most of your LF on charisma and production to begin with, will take a while before you get enough fleets and income planets to be worth farming and by the time that is close you can start converting DMU into more LF to increase your personal and military stats to boost your defenses.

Basically you need UP so you have the planets to build some stats, until you have that everything else is kind of pointless as it can be destroyed fairly easily...

There's no officer chains in ascended, but people do sell DMU which can be a handy way to boost yourself. Even so i still think Charisma and production are the 2 most important stats, certainly to begin with.

This new forum access thing angers me. I had to work hard in main just to find all this stuff out.
