Relations Settings Between Normal Relm and Perg

I'd love to see a way to change relations settings (war, neutral, peace) with players in the other relm. Its getting out of hand how many players are in perg that I have set to war, and can't change them to neutral. It gets really annoying browsing thru my farm list and seeing all those in perg who usually have very good amounts of naq out.
I don't see why this would be a problem to do, Yes they are in a different relm so we can't interact, but we still know they exsist, and we should be able to change our relations with them regardless of where they are.
