seems that I have lost 2 weeks worth of SS market bonuses ???
is anyone else having these issues?

Just to keep all informed----This is what I have received just now in an email...

Unfortunately I have only seen this email. There was a problem, it is
supposed to have been resolved. It was across the board, so no action
will be taken.

My reply was...
While I appreciate your reply, your info is incorrect...
1) it is not across the board-others--- are able and were to ppt or use market this week and last week...I could not.
2) it is not resolved...I still cannot use the market. ...and I do not trust ppt via support until it does
Also, when attempting to use market...I get this...
