The following situation... I looked for raids. Mosenrath, ID 46535 had at that moment over 3.5 mil army and when I checked, over 3.5 mil UU out.
However, while I waited for the trader to accept the deal for AT, I refreshed his stat page. He was down by 2 mil. So this wasn't most likely one with a lot of resources out for a very long time, but a feeder or any other way a cheat most likely! Now his current status:

Plane: Normal Reality
Commander: None
Race: Goa'uld
Rank: 44,958
Army Size: 48,178
Treasury: 15,763,220 Naquadah
Fortifications: Cult Base
Relation: Neutral

UP of 1, no officers, no planets. Could you please look into this?

When I was over 50 mil army size, I purchased UU and had the sellers send the UU directly to an inactive account, which I proceeded to raid. This sounds like the case here, unless I'm missing something.

Hes not a cheater...it was just an account i got UU sent to so i could then raid them. Tekki can vouch for me on this one

hope you didnt steal too many of MY uu though :wink:

@ Tokko: no.. I had no AT at that moment, or I'd grabbed a few mil too
