Jakk - 1906845 - is a scammer and a cheater, and his game account should have been dealt with when his forum account was suspended!!!

Using his MSN account - chunter0@hotmail.co.uk (same email as the one on his suspended forum account) he contacted me saying he had 3 MTs to sell to me. I agreed to it because he had been on my MSN list for quite some time, and I often saw him online, but never really spoke to him. But I felt I trusted him because he was on my MSN contacts.

I brokered him the naq for the trade....

Clarkey Jakk 67,200,000,001 Naquadah 1 Naquadah Oct 17, 2007 Completed.

A few minutes later he said he'd be back in 9 mins to finish off the trade... he never returned. After an hour I became concerned about it and i looked at his account and noticed he was on PPT. He wouldn't have 3 MTs if he was on PPT unless he paid $ for the PPT.

I then checked this forum to find if he is mentioned on here. I found this...

This is the first conversation I had with him last night....

"Jack" says: Hey ill sell you 3 MTs?

He was on MSN for about another hour before he seemed to log off.

I then caught him on MSN today and this is how the conversation went...

Clarkey - Elder Ancient God says: hey what the hell happened yesterday?
Clarkey - Elder Ancient God says: ???
"Jack" says: sorry?
Clarkey - Elder Ancient God says: i was buying 3 MTs from you, u never finished the trade
"Jack" says: ummm ive not logged onto this msn for like 5 weeks its my old one
"Jack" says: i came on today to finsish getting contacts
"Jack" says: i dont know what an MT is tbh
Clarkey - Elder Ancient God says: well it was logged on yesterday
"Jack" says: no it wasnt
Clarkey - Elder Ancient God says: you are Jakk in game?
"Jack" says: ummm ok im confused in what game? i wasnt logged onto this account yesterday or anyday for like 5 weeks
Clarkey - Elder Ancient God says: stargate wars
"Jack" says: nope sorry ive not heard of that game before
Clarkey - Elder Ancient God says: i know you're lieing
"Jack" says: mate i dont know you and im really not so im not concerned if you think im lieing to be frank
Clarkey - Elder Ancient God says: so tell me this... how are you on my MSN contacts? the only contacts i have on here is family and stargate wars people
"Jack" says: im afraid i cant answer that only explaination i could think is either one of my friends logged onto this msn or someone i dont know did
Clarkey - Elder Ancient God says: so someone also used your email account to create an account on the stargate wars forum too?
"Jack" says: ummm? yes? ive never heard of this game i cant have made an account on it or other stuff on it

He's obviously playing dumb.

He's got 600b+ out, so i'm concerned that he scammed others before he did me. In case he's using other MSNs I thought i'd post his MSN image...



If you've got him on your MSN, please let me know.

I do not understand why his in game account was not dealt with when his forum account got suspended.

I am not that fussed about the 67.2b naq I lost (although would be happy to have it back), because I know that it's my risk when buying MTs from other players. I am more annoyed that I got scammed for the first time after playing for more than 2 years.

Whoever is using this acount has cheated, and they should be banned from the game, before anyone else falls victim to the loser!

Scamming isn't against the rules. Any trades done outside of the trade broker (including MTs) are done at your own risk.

Tough break, but maybe there should be a better qualifier for being trustworthy than just being on your contact list?

Also, just because his account on the forums was suspended/terminated doesn't mean his ingame account would be.

I don't think the admin will do anything for you getting scammed outside of the trade broker, sorry mate.

I regret your loss but also i think this isnt the first post you've made about being scammed i would suggest you take more care in the future mate.

Lol the guy whos MSN it is really WASNT playing dumb we go to the same school and i got onto his MSN coz he said its full of sgw contacts when he played a few years back.
Meh anyway regardless nothing you can do like the guy above rich said its not illegal.

He was playing dumb because he said he'd never heard of stargate wars.

No he definately knows what it is he used to play like 2 years ago till corkscrew n profiteroles massed him for getting to rank 30.
This was when omega were liek the main page 1 alliance.

He told me he has 3 mt to sell me and so I set the broker for 121.2 Bill wich whould buy me 3360 AT , he accepted the broker but then never send me my turns and healso very fast left MSN .

So obviously he is a cheating guy and a multy , so go thrue he`s trade records and ban all the IP`s and names he sent stuff to like Naq and UU BUT first sell all their stuff off and send the naq to those he scamend so we don`t loose any thing please

Mark this is now the second incadint regarding this guy , U all know me as a good trader and my trade record speaks for it self
