you have to have full ss
which you can buy for $20 or get into the top 1200 rank and save up 1001 Glory and reputation points to get it
and do you have msn? as your asking alot of questions and ill do my best to asnswer any other questions you have

Another way to get SS is to ascend, and by doing that you can get it for free. Or so I hear; I'm too much of a n00b to ascend.
