Losing planet advantage

Since we are losing our planet advantage in ascension, would it be possible to get an increase in our UP on main, in proportion to the loss on ascension? For example, I am currently at 88.9% of my CER on ascension. Could I have my UP in main INCREASED by 11.1%? I would be gaining about 75K UU per day for losing 7.5 million planets per day in ascension. I think that that is a fair deal.
