The % of Fleets damage to take a planets.

since even i don't understand it

Say i have a defence of 100bil on a planet

Do i need A.
10bil in fleets power
B 20bil in fleets power
or C. any fleet power.

i am under the impression that its 20% to do any dmg

so .... you'd need at least 20 bill fleets for a 100% def

but its a bit risky at that lvl (with the strike/def deviations) so ppl generally go for 25-30%

but 20% is successful as i hear

20% is what i think. however i know you can do it less. well i suppose their always option B
