30 mil army, but no AT's (perg)

Yo, sory if this has already been explained... But still, what happen if i reach the top/CAP in pergatory (i think it's 30 mil armysize), but i have 0 AT's? Do i get kicked out without penalty? Or do i stay in till i get 720 AT's?

Yeah, I would imagine you would get kicked out right away. Otherwise it could be abused by larger players making sure they never reached 720 turns.

they could save up to 600, then mass a little, save up again, mass, repeat...

If your at 30 million army now you would just remain in perg since the cap has been increased

If I recall, the only requirement of Perg was an army below the cap ON ENTRY.
Once you're in you can grow as much as you like.
(The current cap is little over 50m)

The last update put a max size for purg, and that size increases over time, its a moving cap like all the others are now.
