losses when ascending

Just wanting to make sure, i dont lose my lifers when i ascend do i? what do i lose and what dont i lose? thanks
everything you ascend with you lose except lifers, and ur MS. im pretty sure thts it, so everything else you need to send away before ascending.
you also keep ur planets
