Untrained Mercs

What can be done with them ? Right now, Nothing.
This is what should be done with them:
"For instance if I have 300 untrained mercs and 100 att mercs and 100 def mercs, once I get attacked let`s assume I loose 50 def mercs. From those 300 untrained mercs, 150 untrained will automaticly transform into 50 defence mercs. And same goes for attack mercs... if i attack someone the game will autotrain my untrained into attack mercs 3 um : 1 tm making the game even more beautiful.
* Some players don`t want this auto train stuff so a choice button should be set.
