Is there any way to calculate what UP you're getting from which officer??? I found lots of calculators but none that do this...

You can do it yourself - take your income to officers rate, divide it by 2 and multiply by the officer's UP (not 100% sure, but I think total UP). You can find out his/her total UP by clicking on the button with his/her name in the officer management page.
For example, if you give 30% of your income to your officers, and said officer has 10k UP, you get 15%*10k = 1.5k UP bonus.

Its total, I have done the math multiple times and always come up with the correct value come from the total...
.15 (if you keep officers at 30%) * Officer Total UP = amount you get from officer
