How often is the alliance ranking updated?

sens vi don't seam to change in alliance power according to alliance ranking but still we keep growing every day

according to alliance ranking : 1,994,218,470,911
alliance total power : 2,481 trill +

Alliance rankings update whenever someone leaves or enters the alliance.
