i purchased SS and i didnt receive it for whatever reason. however, i wrote admin, and in 7min, they wrote back and i had my SS!!! that was a great response time! i really thought i was gonna have to wait quite a while for my SS and goods.

i have e-mail and pm and posted on the forum bout my account and i have had no reply it is almost 3 weeks so u think they have a good responce time. what would any1 do? i have sent 2 emails, pmed adminmark and posted and not 1 single relpy sorry but this is starting to get stupid if u ask me. i would not of mine if i got an answer

tok'ra... quick response time does happen... even if it is the third email that gets response quickly...

also, even though you know a lot, you dont know everything... (something we believe you'd agree is good... think of how hard it would be to keep track of it all...)

I recently had to contact the admins. Got a reply and problem solved in less than 2 days. I consider that quick.
