idk perhaps only if smth is decided amongst two parties and someone goes back on his word otherwise nothing...In was/love/Slovenia everything is allowed...

There should be no such thing as DIRTY TACTICS since this is a war game. However people have come to look down upon officer massing, planet stealing, and descension

Officer massing and taking it to non related servers. (such as chaos to main, or main to quantum. Main to ascension or ascension to main is fine IMO.)

Officer massing as long as the officers do not actively intervene into the conflict. And of course PPT, thanks wolfie.

Officers who don't wish to be in it, planets also.
Threatening on other servers (quantum and chaos) for something being on main and/or/or not ascension, is almost top of dirty tactics for me!
