Covert Capacity 53

Is it only me or is this something happening to others too?

Edit: oh, and I think my turn count also increased (from 4,515 to 4,518) - will confirm when the turn changes...
Could this be some new update, I wonder?

no not a bug, not anything, just sloppy coding

the turn script adds 3 to EVERYONES covert capicity + AT count. then takes 3 off if they are over max, it doesnt add 3 to only the people who need it. So if you refresh at just the right time (when the turn script is processing) you can infact see 4003 AT / 53 covert capicity etc, but when you refresh a bit later it will be 4000/50. I've done it a couple of times.

Normality restored after turn change... thanx for the quick reply though, Rich
