Starting with 16,349,600 weildable life force, with 17,822,762 attack potential after accounting for energy attack power and skill,Mojo Rising meets xxx xxx - who has 9,603,000 life force capable of being used in battle- in an ascended match of epic magnitude!
Simutaneously, the two ascended beings launch ascended energy attacks on each other. Time stands still, the surrounding physical plane crackles with diffusing power, and the entire Ascended plane shudders while the battle rages.
Mojo Rising impales xxx xxx with 17,822,762 of ascended damage.
The energy absorbing power, skill, and the unique skill of energy repulsion -usable only within ones own realm, and their constitution, lessens this by 5,364,081 to 12,458,681 total damage taken, thereby reducing their life force and reserves by this amount.

As I am not allowed to post his stats, let me just say that the target's LF reserves were 0, and the LF he had remaining was LESS than the LF damage that I did to him. He should have been descended. He is not. Thus descension is impossible, and thus, needs tweaking. I have the God Quests to prove my point as well, one right before the attack and one right after the attack and one right after the turn change.

Note that 9,603,000 - 12,458,651 results in a negative number, and yet the target still had 1 LF remaining after the attack, even though his reserves were 0.

I think that most of the people who have been descended would claim that descension is possible.

I thought it was impossible to descend somebody on the 1st attack?

Could that be what we're seeing here?

Maybe after 4 hours and the 2nd attack he'll go down (assuming his lf hasn't rebuilt very high??).

Icbw, but I thought I read somewhere that you might have to hit them several times at 4 hour intervals if they have good stats and you're really determined to knock them down...

I've decended 10 people since update no problem, 3 hits max, 1 LF always shows as that, it wont go any lower, hit him again for same damage, reserves will drain more, repeat until decended, usually 2/3 hits are enough.

make that 11, just 1 shotted someone.

it's been fixed sort of the reservers now displays, and you really got to work on those stats. I got one guy that i do 5x the damage to what you displayed and i can't even get him maxed out. bloody annoying, however he's loosing 30mil a hit, now if only he didnt' get that nice 33% mod in his favor i might hmm GET THE JOB DONE this year.

OK you people seem to be missing something. He had already been the victim of several descension attacks and his LF reserves were gone. He just had his Normal LF left, which was 9.6 million. I did 12 million LF damage to him which is less than the actual max I can do to him, and he still didn't go down. Therefore, and I will rephrase a litle bit, for me, descension is impossible.

dunno mojo, you might be bugged because we all know admin dislikes you for playing the game he made correctly

but nonetheless i got my first kill last night.
even at rank 19 i could successfully hit down to a rank ~350 odd
(i thought id be limited to top 250)

mojo that was a bug, back when admin put reserves in covert reports, they would all display 0 reserves remianing.
