Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious here, but for the last 3 or so days, I haven't been able to log onto SGW Ascended... It gives me the

Probably something to do with your browser ( if it is Internet Explorer, you should switch to Firefox immediately ).

Lol, okay I guess I'll try that (i used to have mozilla but didn't like it so deleted it) but nothing has changed with settings or anything and it has worked fine for the past year

Try forgot login. If it tells you something like this:
Enter your e-mail address or username to retrieve your login details.
There is no user with such e-mail address
There is no user with such user name

Then you've got a problem.
