Basically just a heads up topic

The thing is simple:
- We can do it but most likely we wont be selling them
- Ppl that have NAPs with us can do it but they shouldnt do it or they break NAP
- AE/TJ could do it before the war I guess but now really arent capable...
- Anyone else does it...know you probably have a monopoly so make sure your price is 10 times what it is cause you ll be risking your ass with selling it too

So basically whoever sells them, quite high % we know you did it...
If a person from our NAPs does it = canceling of NAP and so on and on


So just a heads up to be fair oh and yeah naturally you mustnt sell them other resources too...I mean you can just us knowing you do wont be good

if you wanna act pathetic and only say something to act big i dare you to sell DMU like Svarun stated.......then you can join in for free...or if you think our NaP has no value at all then just say so so we can have some more farms else just stop acting big and go back to your corner.....

You Forget to whom you are talking to sir, I assume this is the case?

The terms of OUR nap do not stipulate that we may not sell resources to your enemys if you are at war, Therefor Our nap is as valuable as it ever was, If you wish to renegotiate the terms of our agreement i suggest you make efforts to contact the omega alliance high council, Otherwise it is you who is acting out of order.

I think that what my compatriots are trying to convey(:P) is that ofcourse it`s your legitimate right to opt to sell to them...

But it`s TLEs legitimate option to react to "supplying" of its enemies, in a hypothetical case by discontionuing existent NAP agreements... For even if such a situation may not be inscribed black&white on said agreement it ought to be obvious to any honest and honorable induvidual that such practice goes against the spirit of the agreement...

You can mince words claiming NAP does not cover this and that, but at the end of the day any agreement stays in place only as long as both sides are willing to have it in place and not a second longer, be there a "formal violation" or no...

Do what you have to do... and in term TLE will do what it has to do. That is all.

The fact is, no NAP has stipulations on sales in or out of wars, I'm not saying anything to act big, I'm simply stating that IF I choose to sell then I will, I will not be breaking any NAP by doing so, if members of TL then wish to break the NAP due to that, that is their choice, they will be the aggressors not me, I am not here to have terms dictated to me by TL if they suddenly decided they meant to add some fine print.

And I would appreciate you not talking to me in such a manner, threatening me or any of my fellow alliance members.

I think TL have enough to do without trying to get another enemy.

If people were SUPPLYING them I would agree, but selling is different.

)NAP = A non agression pact , Definition : Non agressive Behaviour between 2 or more alliances, Covering, Farming, Attacking, Sabbing, Spying.

What a nap does not cover : Selling resources.)

Please correct me if that was an incorrect definition, but i do not believe it was.

As i said, If you wish to disscuss that, Im sure KGC will be more than happy to make some space in his diary, I believe he is free tuesday morning?
